Life Can Be Stressful

Life can be stressful. It is hard to balance all that is expected of us. It is especially difficult without a plan. Would you want to take a trip without GPS? You might get where you are going, but using a map would sure make things easier.

Self-Care is not Selfish!

Psychotherapy can improve your life and it doesn't have to take forever. Many people can easily care for others, but have difficulty caring for themselves. Self-care can be rejuventating, providing more energy to care for others.
